Historical Five Points Plaza

Akron

The Akron Beacon Journal recently released an article of the history and significance of Five Points Plaza. The author, Mark Price, wrote in detail the history of the shopping plaza since its grand-opening in 1962. We currently have a 41,800 square foot unit available at Five Points Plaza that could be used for many different things such as retail, office, medical, educational, and special purpose space. This unit has been donated to the Salvation Army for their toy drive efforts this holiday season. However, we are actively seeking new tenants for the new year. Contact us for more information!
