Joe Albrecht
President
jalbrecht@albrechtinc.comMr. Albrecht joined Albrecht Incorporated in 2004 and has been President of the Company since May 2019. Since joining the Company he has been involved in numerous leasing, acquisition, disposition, development, and financing projects and has implemented operational improvements across the organization.
Mr. Albrecht graduated from Miami University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, from The Ohio State University with a Master of Business Administration, holds the CCIM designation, and is a long-time ICSC member.
Prior to joining the Company Mr. Albrecht served in the United States Peace Corps teaching Computer Science at the high-school level in the eastern Caribbean.
He enjoys playing golf, bouldering, reading, and spending time with his wife and three children.
AJ Sands
Director of Facilities & Construction
asands@albrechtinc.comMr. Sands joined Albrecht Incorporated in 2016 having previously worked for FirstEnergy Corporation and Schenck Process Group North America. He has extensive knowledge in project engineering, project management, and construction management.
Mr. Sands graduated from The Ohio State University in 2001 with a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering and is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Ohio since 2007. Mr. Sands has a wife and three children and enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, running, and swimming.
Dan McCall
Director of Retail Leasing
dmccall@albrechtinc.comMr. McCall joined Albrecht Incorporated in 2018 with over 30 years of experience in the retail real estate industry managing and leasing retail shopping centers and regional malls. He has worked for some of the largest retail developers in the country including Jacobs, Visconsi & Jacobs (now The Jacobs Group) and Developers Diversified Realty (now SITE Centers) as well as for national retailers coordinating a portfolio covering eight states in the Great Lakes and Midwest region.
As Director of Retail Leasing, Mr. McCall is responsible for the company’s retail shopping center portfolio including leasing, management, redevelopment, acquisitions, and dispositions, with an emphasis on value creation.
Mr. McCall earned a B.F.A. from Ohio University and attended graduate school at The University of Akron and Michigan State University with an emphasis on leasing and management of retail shopping centers. He has been a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) for over 25 years and has numerous ICSC designations including Certified Retail Property Executive (CRX) and Certified Leasing Specialist (CLS).
He enjoys golfing, cycling, hiking, kayaking and anything related to the outdoors as well as time with family.
Paula Hollender
Director of Accounting
phollender@albrechtinc.comMs. Hollender joined Albrecht Incorporated in 2018 and has been Director of Accounting Since May of 2023. As Director of Accounting, Ms. Hollender is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and transparency of the company’s accounting processes. Ms. Hollender is also responsible for coordinating the annual audit, developing budgets, implementing software solutions, and training the accounting staff.
Ms. Hollender Graduated from Southern Ohio College with and Associates of Applied Science concentration in Accounting Technology, from National American University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Financial Management, and from Keller Graduate School of Management with a Master’s in Accounting and Financial Management.
She enjoys, reading, baking, and spending quality time with her husband and Son.
