Five Points Plaza

Equitas Health is coming soon to Five Points Plaza. Equitas Health’s focus is the needs of the local community. The team is equipped to offer a wide range of services, from comprehensive primary care to essential mental health counseling, and everything in between. The Akron location will occupy a newly renovated 41,000 square foot facility within the plaza. The plaza will also receive parking lot improvements and new lighting. Akron residents will soon have access to the healthcare provided by Equitas Health, all within this modern and conveniently located facility.
