We recently closed on a multi-tenant retail building in Hudson, Ohio. The building is located near Acme Fresh Market and is fully leased to Northwest Savings Bank, Edward Jones, Verizon Wireless, AAA, and Papa John’s Pizza. 178 W. Streetsboro Street is a nice addition to our portfolio of over 4,000,000 square feet of commercial real estate in northeast Ohio.
